Mahipal Maderna (5 March 1952 – 17 October 2021) was an Indian politician from Rajasthan, a member of Indian National Congress.

He served as the Water Resources Minister of Rajasthan in Gehlot ministry.

Mahipal Maderna was born to a farming family of Lakshman nagar on 5 March 1952 .

His father Parasram Maderna served as a cabinet minister in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. He was educated as a lawyer, and held an LL.B. degree. Like his father, he joined the Indian National Congress and entered politics.

Maderna was elected as the chief of JodhpurZilla Parishad in 1981, 1988, 1994 and 2000.

On 5 December 2003, he was elected to the 12th State Legislative Assembly from Bhopalgarh.
